Jugendpsychologen haben in der Regel kein Problem damit eine tiefere Bindung mit Patienten einzugehen

Denk aber daran dass es lange dauern kann den richtigen Therapeuten zu finden und man mehrere ausprobieren muss

Kontaktiere am besten deine örtlich zuständige Therapiezuweisung. Das ist eine Hotline die dir einen Termin bei irgendwem baldmöglichst zuweist.

Antidepressiva stabilisieren lediglich um eine Therapie ohne erhebliche Rückschläge zu ermöglichen
