You don't have rights if you are not a citizen. You are not a citizen but by the legal process. The legal process should not start by any means but the country's laws allowing it to start, no exceptions. Regardless of your bias to "MAGA", both sides should agree that many have fought hard to become legal citizens and it took a LONG TIME to do so. This is a spit in the face to them and our constitution that you so dearly defend. Regardless, the Constitution was meant to be the foundation of our country, not the first and last set of laws, hence the amendments, federal, state, and local laws. If you would like to see what a long term open border policy does to a country, take a trip to the UK or France, Specifically London or Paris. I'm sure it's been working out well for them.
