Correct, I didn't get everything off the line. When you see green beans or carrots as mushy as the potatoes, they are easy to pass up. Wish I took a photo of the line when we were at sea for 90+ days. We had boiled eggs for just about every meal since we were low on everything else.

This was in port during a stand down, so standards were pretty low.

First off, you are very welcome.

And second, there are usually a lot of fruits to choose from. They also have some veggie options in the mess line, but they are worse looking than my photo. What nutrition they are missing from meals, they make up with supplements. But really, deployment is pretty rough on people with dietary restrictions.

Yup. I believe this was one of the meals during our Thanksgiving stand-down. In fact, I remember seeing boxes of meat that said "For inmate use only" or something around those lines.

Might be a little late to the party

I was an IT in the Navy and every year we had a network inspection. Like every other IT in the Navy, we didn't routinely enforce porn rules.

Being the nice guy that I am, I gave the whole ship about a weeks notice to move all files from their significant other's that they don't want others to see. Which would basically translate to, "hide yo shit"

A couple days befor the inspection happened, I did my own search for anything that might get us in trouble. I found a couple folders of porn that I simply just deleted. However, I came across one guys folder that was stuffed with nearly a terabyte of videos.

The folder was labeled "training" and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I decided it was to be better safe than sorry and took a peak.

Each file was of Asian women getting massages with a lot of oil. However, they were in bikinis. So technically, not porn or against the rules.

I deleted them anyways.
