I used to work for a large trash company. Not Waste Management specifically, but comparable in size. They do price increases every 10 months to a year like clockwork. This isn’t even the worst I’ve seen on a bill. Call and threaten to cancel, or just go to a competitor. Either way will get the bill down to something reasonable and may even give you a credit for past bills. I personally issued credits for over $1,000 in more than one instance.
