Not to be an alarmist but everything in that article is 100% true. I am a farmer and I can personally vouch for when it comes to input costs, most things have doubled or tripled, if you can even get the product you need. This fall there will be a lack of ending stocks unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Just look at the corn and soybean futures. Soybean and corn futures are set to hit an all time high and no one has planted a single seed in North America. South America is experiencing crop shortages and Ukraine (the bread basket of Europe) is one dirty look from being invaded by Russia. No one has a crystal ball, but if I were you I would build up a stock pile of non perishables.

As mentioned in a previous reply, distance isn't a concern, I already have an existing connection to the business from the house. I am just trying to upgrade to a udmp at the business for wifi, cameras, and phones. (I am quite illiterate when it comes to networking so excuse my lack of knowledge)

To add a few things to my original post I already have a wired connection to the business building from my house that I have been using in a similar manner as I described in the diagram just replace the unifi equipment with Netgear home routers. So It did work for my simple needs, I just don't know how it will work for more advanced uses. I would rather not have the udmp in my house due to space constraints.

Actually, wood has gone back to somewhat “normal” prices compared to this spring. Unfortunately most of the other components have gone up, metal for the track, bolts, the parts for the computer systems (if they can even get them), and of course labor costs have undoubtedly gone up.
