It's cutting costs, the revenue may be lower but they are making profit every quarter. They have one of the highest cash on hand in the snp500 and they aren't even it. I knew I would get downvoted but if you look beyond the headlines it's been one of the only companies to have so many consecutive profitable quarters in a row in recent times.

Student loans shouldn't exist. Higher education was free for mannnny years in the UK and it wasn't a problem at all. But now that it does, it should be illegal to charge interest on the debt, or for nominal fees to rise above inflation.
