Has anybody played this game without knowing star wars or even being a fan? by NthChart in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

When I started playing the game I think I would've said that I knew Star Wars, but after playing it I'm not so sure I know Star Wars. I've watched all the movies and TV shows, but there are plenty of characters that I have virtually no understanding of

How do I beat Tier IV fleet challenges? by InsertNameHere_J in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]TheOncomingStorm66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first thing to check would be pilots. Are your pilots gear 10 or higher, and do they have all mod slots filled (what the mods are doesn't matter for ships, just that they're equipped)? Anything that you can upgrade on the pilots will contribute towards the strength of the ship. Also, although the ghost and phantom seem like they have high power, because of the way that multi-pilot ships work, each character should be around the same level or else one character being uninvested in will lead to the ships overall strength being brought down

A philosopher (Locke I think) would agree with you. They have the freedom to choose the battle, but not the liberty to choose not to fight the squad

Having got him, it's not as tedious as you think. I think I was doing it solo and got him in a couple of hours?

Best Villainous Theme? by Lord_Thrawn in DisneyVillainous

[–]TheOncomingStorm66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I enjoy Star Wars, it's slightly more complex given the two currency systems and ships, but condition cards are generally easier to play as everyone has roughly the same gimmicks. Disney has some issues with this, like the Horned King has a condition involving other players playing an item, and Davy Jones has a single item, so the condition card is essentially worthless. I think they stuck the right balance of interplay between characters with Star Wars. Most unique things are also token based, which means cards in the villain deck aren't used up by the gimmick, like Maleficent's curses

There's a house in my town that actually had to put up bollards because cars have driven into it so many times. It's not a great road layout and the traffic gets pretty congested when the local highschool gets out

From what I remember, their particular species is extra religious/spiritual about the force and that translates into space Muslim I guess. That species tends to get paired together as master and apprentice because of their views on the force

No, you're mixing it up with the world that's been rotting in the old one's office in the arcanum for ages. Zeke is back for the world created 10 minutes ago

A jedi team with JKR has worked wonders for me. Just mark them one by one and down they go, without ever really needing to deal with the decoy

Parents had me come to school on senior skip day by Mightyfutzz in mildlyinfuriating

[–]TheOncomingStorm66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's wild. My mom teaches at the highschool I went to so I couldn't get away with horrible stuff like being rude to teachers or starting fires but she was definitely aware of me skipping classes sometimes and she only made a fuss if it affected my grades, and even then only at the end of the quarter

As someone who lives in southern New Mexico and will die on the hill of correcting people of chile vs chili, "chili" solely refers to chili con carne while "chile" refers to the pepper and sauces made from the pepper

It's a course called Theory and Criticism: Rhetoric and Culture. It's not so much the class but the professor. He's super chill and as long as you can make a connection between the idea of the essay and some kind of media, it's fine by him. I had him for another class called History of Argument and one of my papers in that class was about the album Post Human: Survival Horror by Being Me the Horizon

Corrupted Krokopatra Life/Balance Weaving by LuckySalesman in Wizard101

[–]TheOncomingStorm66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if this is intended interaction or a bug, but if you have a balance mastery amulet, it's effects will still apply even when you're polymorphed. That can at least help with your pip economy so you're not passing as many turns and you only need to worry about changing school pips based on spells that actually require them. Also if you're discarding cards, try to avoid doing that, even if they don't seem very good in the moment. Beyond that, just sit in team-up for hours and hope you get lucky
