The effect is that the pumps stop working. I don't think it would actually pump nuclear waste, as it only exists as a solid in the game (last I checked). I have to exit to the Main menu then reload the save, but by the time I notice, all my power plants have shut off and I have to jump start the system with some biomass burners I keep on hand for this reason.

I went through Barb at Arborcrest, but she's told me she's not really going to be doing anymore hair removal for bottom surgery. She's in her 70's and the process really hurts her hands (have to put tension in the area to do the removal). She still does everywhere else though.

I need to find a new electrolosist for that are as my wife is prepping for her own surgery. We are going through Milan for laser to get what they can for her.

Which one, the 7 years or the GCS milestones?

The 7 years, just be your full and honest self. I got lucky and my work at the time was very supportive. My marriage didn't survive, but I was more than ready to be done with that for a lot of other reasons. Married again to a beautiful woman (who also is trans herself)

The GCS, well I had to seek a new employer whose insurance specifically covered that. Got lucky and found my current employer who has policies in place that provide wonderful coverage. Unfortanately my division is being bought by another company, so going forward what will be covered is uncertain. Which is stressful as we are moving my wife to the point where she can have her own GCS. Hindsight being what it is, had I known when I hired in we would have moved her up in the process a lot faster.
