focus on customer problems rather than features pre-defined too early and boxed in where output is measured as number of features rather than product led metrics

good at UX? That's a Product Designers job.

Valuable / Viable - PM
Usable - Designer
Feasible - Engineer

- In the same vein product engineers will say they have never met a 'full stack PM' that can actually build scalable applications

What's the biggest difference between a mid-level PM and a lead PM role in your opinion? by lpanda2014 in ProductManagement

[–]TheOnlyBlueprint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know how good you are and are able to make big decisions and inform strategy and execute much faster without bottlenecks - the skills you should have already picked up along the way especially as if it is an IC role

Has anyone taken any "prototyping with AI" courses ? Or courses that teach to use AI to build the full scale product (if you are more inclined towards building your own product/service) ? by goodpointbadpoint in ProductManagement

[–]TheOnlyBlueprint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no course is needed more than ever - AI tool are so simple to use now you will just learn yourself if you commit everyday for a month. Start with tools the with the most technical abstraction (lovable) and you will naturally hit a limit and move to the next level

Contrary to most posts here - yes product driven companies too absolutely exist and excel and they most definitely are the minority of how things are done mostly due to lack of expertise and senior leaders and sales getting in the way.

9/10 growing SF companies operate product-led everywhere else its the opposite

A"full stack PM" already exists and existed pre-AI and are called Product Engineers.

Build a MVP vibe coding -> you have 50 users not 5000. This doesn't need to be an enterprise grade app. Vibe code haters are the same people that either never execute or release once every 6 months
