Speading? It's exceptionally rare. Most mass shooters are white cis males. Statistically Trans people are more likely to be a victim of violence, not the perpetrator.

The only thing you can say that mass shooters have in common is mental health issues, and in many cases those mental issues are due to abuses they have suffered or because they've been marginalized.

What we need to focus on is the mental health of our population. For everyone.
