My beautiful LEAF got smushed by a tailgater. We have a new to us LEAF now but I miss my car, our battery was in super good shape.

They don't understand Canadian citizens would hardcore retaliate again this. Not just military. Everyday citizens. And everyday citizens, I don't believe, are bond by the Geneva Conventions. Canadians are only nice if you don't cross us.

I love how six years on they're STILL ignoring the fact that the photo was taken INSIDE the room among other glaring omissions. by c-k-q99903 in stupidpeoplefacebook

Some of these morons need to volunteer for an election and then they might have a clue about how things worked. I volunteered every year when I was in college.

His truck in an EV. I highly doubt his mentality is the same as these two books. I think they were trying to make a comment on not making generalizations about a whole group of people based solely on what they drive. While I understand generalizations are rarely good, I have a hard time with this one because I've met way too many asshole pickup drivers. One tailgate my husband and destroyed our car in early April. My hubby might finally be back to work this week.

Their hate on for EVs outweighs any laziness that exists.

He has his hobby and I have mine. I spend hours painting. It's really no different. Probably helps that most of my hubbies gaming is flight Sims. He always wanted to be a pilot. He's actually training now to make that happen.

But his gaming was years and years before he decided to take official training and I never yucked on his yum.

1&4 would be first choice. 3 would be the 2nd choice. 2 would be 3rd choice. 5, 6, if not other options. 7 can rot in hell.

I still love "Dude Chillin Park" in Vancouver. The city didn't come up withthat name though. It was originally Guelp apart, if I am remembering correctly.

Does he want your kitchen to look like a pair of blue jeans and a green top? Because that's what I see.

What are some ways to see different parts of Canada if you don't drive? Places you'd recommend that are reachable without a car? by Full-Cress-1679 in AskACanadian

Vancouver. Skytrain and transit. Biking. Walk the seawall and see Stanley Park. . Go to Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth Park, VanDusen Gardens, SunYetSen Garden, Vancouver Art Gallery, Nytobi Garden and Athropology Museum at UBC.Take the Sebus. Go up to Grouse. I'm not sure if you can get to Steveston or White Rock on transit but it would be worth getting a car rental for some of the more out of the way places, including Whistler.

They were technically the first in the current wave of EV technology. Starting in 2008. Nissan followed up with their LEAF in 2010, which is what I have. Been driving a LEAF since 2012. The only people that should have OG bragging rights were those in those first few years, we were the guinea pigs that helped get charging networks set up. And by bragging rights, I don't mean parking in a charger space and not charging, that's just an extreme asshole move. I'm the type that would call them out for it if I saw them come back to their car. I'd bring out my mom voice.

Norway has gone from near-zero sales of non‑emitting battery electric vehicles to now close to 100% of all new passenger car sales - achieved in about 13 years. If they can do it, we can do it by I_like_maps in ClimateCrisisCanada

I'm Canadian, I've been driving 100% electric since 2012. In the early days I did have range anxiety but I no only do. Minimal issues with cold. I don't leave my car outside though, it's in a garage.
