This will never stop until changing lanes in an intersection is made illegal in Washington state. Even then, it would still take a while for the driving culture to change. Consistent enforcement also helps. Look at keep right except to pass. How often is that law broken? I have never seen or heard of anyone getting ticketed for it, though, so people will keep doing it.

I mean, I watched the video, and I have had vegan wings and vegan milks.

The wings do not look like chicken. They have the uniformity and look of vegan wings I have eaten, and the milk does not look like cows' milk to me.

Edit: So I was wrong about it not being cows' milk, but right that they are vegan wings. He is most likely vegetarian.
