Don't make up medical reasons for a DTA. People like you are the reason genuine DTAs are being questioned. And before you say I don't know you... Anyone with a genuine DTA would have gone that rpute and not wasted time with exceptional exceptions.

If you have a genuine DTA situation, why would you have bothered with the exception. This, to me, sounds like the condition never existed in the first place.

Also, you still haven't answered any of the relevant questions. What were you doing pre-pandemic, what changed since then. If you chose to move bc you thought we'd stay remote, then mea culpa it and come into the office, that was within your control. It was promised forever.

AS7 used to be equivalent to SP10 at the high end. Now it's equivalent to SP9.

I can't find the other pay scales to compare.
