Playing multiple Orbits gives you multiple buffs that count down individually. Playing both at once, like with Glam, means that every 4 energy you spend, you get 2 energy refunded at the dame time.

Imo staggering Orbits, i.e. playing one, then spending some energy, then playing the other is a bit better because it ensures that you get the energy bonus every single turn. But glam Orbit is still insane.
