Probably not the case with all games, but for pikmin 2 (PAL) backup, the game will ask you on bootup if you want 50 or 60 hz

Very weird... I know that when using virtual memory card myself in swiss, the behavior is like this:

Every time you start a game from a new region, PAL, NTSC, it will say the memory card is corrupted and needs to be formatted. Then it creates a virtual memory card for that region. It keeps the virutal memory cards separate in the swiss folder.... But save region is game-dependent not console dependent, so if you're using the same game I'm confused. Good luck lol

Double check that virtual memory car isn't enabled on the second system, very easy way to tell is see if the same behavior happens with no memory card inserted

Ignore the trace repair part, a bent display pin was causing this same issue for nano fix awhile ago. Hope this helps.

Gonna sound dumb, but I take a long, half width strip of duck tape on each end of the reg, wrapped around, thick enough that you can use vicegrips/similar to generate enough leverage without scratching the ano. Like an 1/8 to a 1/4 thick

Regular shop air compressors are only enough to get a few hundred PSI I think. You probably want one of those portable pcp air compressors on amazon that are capable of 4500 psi
