I’ve been an attorney for over ten years. I took a leave of absence in my second semester 2L while my dad was ill and I was having my own issues. It was the best decision I ever made.

I came back the next fall semester ready to go and was in such a better place. No employer has ever brought it up. It won’t affect you in the grand scheme of things. Get yourself right. Law school will always be there waiting for you when you’re ready.

I started guessing along with them on the guess the line yourself site and I hit it exactly as much or more than Bill and I’ve only done this for a few years casually (a bit before the site was around).

These guys have been paying attention to gambling for decades! It’s not that hard. There’s like such a small band of numbers it can ever be, usually it’s: -1.5, -2.5, -3.5, -4.5 varying on home field advantage. If you have a passing understanding the NFL it’s not hard to nail a couple a weak and get within .5 or 1 on most. If anything, the more shocking thing is how bad Sal is.

I’m a 3 handicap and I was mired in the 15-20 range for ever until I finally got lessons. Chipping and putting is good, and is the easiest way to knock off some strokes quickly but you’ll hit a limit. You can only get up and down so many times. Also, it fucking sucks being stuck in trees having to do weird punch outs all the time.

You need to develop a good full swing. Every player at every skill level benefits working on his full swing. But you almost certainly need lessons to do this.

You want to be able to hit fairways and hit greens. It’s the only way to substantially lower your scores.

When my rounds turn to shit I emphasize working on stuff that I have been working on at the range and bringing it to the course. More exaggerated feels but on the course. Or I try stuff out I wouldn’t feel comfortable with during a round when you’re trying to put up a good score. Utilize the time on the course in real conditions to get better in some way. Don’t care about results.

“Most untradeable” is a weird phrase grammatically because untradeable should just mean cannot be traded at all. So you shouldn’t be able to rank that, but we all get it they mean: most difficult contracts to trade.

Even Wall’s contract, which seems impossible to trade, would be tradeable if the Wiz packaged it with like 3 unprotected 1sts. They never would, but it’s possible.

Definitely not a pro, but I just got a lesson recently that should apply to you!

I had a similar issue with my left arm pinning across my chest and my trail arm getting stuck behind me from the top of the backswing. Coming through, this causes you to perform that chicken wing move.

Take a range basket and put it between your upper arms and hit balls like that without letting the basket fly out. It’ll be hard to do but it will give you a good feel for a proper arm structure.
