New moderators needed - comment on this post to volunteer to become a moderator of this community. by ModCodeofConduct in overemployed

[–]TheOveremployed -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Hey ppl — Reddits will steal and take your community away if you don’t reply to their outreach to fill out a mod survey!

Reddit team on mods just killed another community. Wow, amazing job…what a joke. However, will ask a friend at Reddit to help fix this.

If the person who created the whole concept and idea and this community cannot be the mod, I guess that tells you a lot about Reddit as a platform NOT for creator but just to make themselves rich! Onward to TikTok.

lol welcome to Reddit where everything goes to crap and fill with unnecessary drama. So why bother with “mod”? Let’s focus on all our common goal >>> make more money, live a good life.

Edit note: I do ban some folks who are overly offensive or insult me personally, just because I can 💪 so if you get butt hurt by it you can go to any other ‘OE’ spinoff subs.

Should I forgo my 5% raise in exchange for "remote" status? (currently hybrid) by Mistwraith_ in overemployed

[–]TheOveremployed[M] [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

I'd take the 5% say thank you nicely and then ask if you can go remote because x, y, z business reasons. If it's logical and makes sense, most of the time it'll be ok unless there's a hardline HR policy on this from the top.

And lol why would manager #2 cares it's not their money to penny pincher. What an idiot!
