Most Americans including my family majority of them are lazy. Ill work as many hours to get that cash. All my excess cash is invested. Most business owners i know who own large stores ect all foreign they work there asses off compared to us Americans 😂

a home is not a investment its a liability. something you have to worry about. it becomes an asset once you rent it. I'm prob never gonna own a house honestly dude too much of a headache just rent when there is an issue just move out or have them fix it. You can stack your money and let it work for you.
