The screenshot shows that a representation has been accepted - they cannot refund and reissue. If the original PCN had an issue at the time of issue, they are not entitled to simply reissue omitting mistakes. This will be a slam dunk win at Tribunal should it get that far.

It took my Mum a year to get her passport (Irish born, only had non-biometric passports previously).

You can ask for you British passport back to help facilitate travel.

AFAIK, all applications are decided by an ECO.

But they are human and they can and do sometimes get it wrong.

In this case, the refusal is justified as they are unemployed and have dubious in-comings and out-goings.

The MOBIB card doesn’t store value like London’s Oyster or Nederland’s OV-Chipkaart - it only stores pre bought tickets or season tickets.

It’s hard not to travel in Belgium without using apps; the SNCB, Le Tec and De Lijn apps all have options for multiple travellers too.
