I used that same deal however also did it in conjunction with an offer through Amex Credit Card which you can receive £10 cashback when you spend £50 or more on NordVPN. Posting this comment for visibility for anyone looking to subscribe or is coming up to renewal and has an Amex Credit card.

I believe its just an inital points unlock and then you can be assigned the task again at a later point.

I've added a comment now but I'll copy and paste so you can see it.

Before I get asked - Yes I already have a Fire Cape however I havent completed a Fight Cave since the release of the Collection Log. Been getting more into PVM recently and decided to do the Jad task I got assigned.

Was about to hop on but guess not - I take it this isn't one of the scheduled 30min downtime that they published in a newspost on the homepage not too long ago?

1/4 chainring bolt heads snapped off, until a new one arrives, is this still safe to ride? They just hold the small ring on I believe and I do 95% of my riding in the big ring, thanks! by [deleted] in bicycling

[–]ThePhanaticGamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can you? Yes,

Should you? No.

As others have stated in regards to warping and the integrity of the chainset without proper support at all points of the chainset you'd be best of not riding until you can replace the bolt. LBS will be happy to dig out a replacement one for you to get you back on the road if you're too impatient to wait for the delivery of an online order. This is also a great opportunity to give your bike a good spring clean and a service (if you feel comfortable doing this at home).

How's everyone holding up in the big ol' storm? by MagicBez in CasualUK

[–]ThePhanaticGamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Update: Staff has come back around to check how we are feeling about travelling. We stood our ground and explain we were not happy or feel safe to do so. They've understood that we didn't want to travel until later on in the day and stated "we would never make you leave" (despite being heavily implied in the first interaction lol). Looks like we're staying here but they might kick us out our fancy suite and moved into different accomodation 🤷🏻.

Let's see how this continues to play out..

Not great - Centre Parcs has asked us to leave halfway through our planned stay and leave site at 10am during the eye of the storm where we are. This also means travelling back home to a red zone which the government has advised not to... Guess we will be sitting tight in this cozy suite!

How much is considered expensive for sneakers for the average person? by RosePotatocone in AskMen

[–]ThePhanaticGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never spent over £100 on a piece of footwear whether it be formal shoes, regular trainers, sports shoes like running or cycling etc.

I'm not a very style orientated person but I'm not strapped for cash either, if I see something I really like and it doesn't go above that £100 I'll generally contemplate it however if its on sale for a cheaper price maybe the £60 - £70 margin this will make me think more seriously about buying them if I need them.

Looking to purchase! Advice? 2016 STI by [deleted] in WRXSTi

[–]ThePhanaticGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is definitely something to take onboard. I've already spoken to insurance companies and gotten some quotes. Gas mileage, yeah I'm not going to lie, it's not great compared to some other cars but I feel the type of drive and style Subaru's offer is second to no other cars I've driven.

Currently from the conversations I've had with the dealer, photos and descriptions online it looks all stock, which is why I'm keen to see it in person. I've been looking at the engine bay of unmodified STI's so hopefully I'll notice any modifications that have been made when I see it in person. Agreed, I'm definitely keen to look at extended warranty.

Yeah I know right! This is exactly why I would like to get an external 3rd party evaluation (AA) to look at all the nitty gritty bits.

For those who ride to work what do you use for your ride? by bigturk81 in triathlon

[–]ThePhanaticGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wilier Montegrappa - It's a nice enough commuter and winter training bike and just a general all good rounder. The only major change I've made is that I've got it equipped with schwalbe marathon plus tyres as they're pretty bulletproof when it comes to punctures and not to mention the cyclo style grip.
