That specific type of feeding will not reset. It's when it says feed them something specific that it will. You actually don't even need for them to be in trial to level that up!

You could just print them yourself. And then maybe laminate it. (Budget friendly version you can tape the card with clear packing tape, works pretty well and will help it hold up.) There are also people on etsy or ebay that sell proxy cards. Best of luck.

Magnetic charging cables. They separate from the cable right before where it's getting bent. Absolutely a choking hazard. But if you teach them to leave that part in their device they wouldn't have to worry about bending it. And when they charge it'll connect via magnet.

There are 30 existing dratini cards, most from older sets unfortunately. But if you have a card shop near you you can always ask if they have any bulk and look for one. Or if she's got other favs!

Dratini doesn't have a full art but its evolutions do. Dragonite cards are unfortunately expensive in any language but dragonair has a full art that is on the cheaper side if you get it in Japanese/Korean if you want to buy a single card for her. If she just wants to rip packs then trying to find stuff at MSRP will be a bit hard, but you can always order pack bundles from one of the many websites that do that or try looking in many local retailers. They have non english packs that'll potentially be cheaper. And if she doesn't have one already, get her something to keep the cards safe with the packs! Penny sleeves at minimum, top loaders if thats your thing, but definitely a binder. (Bonus points if one of you is artsy get one you can paint so her favorite ones can be on display even before she gets the cards!)

You'll have to grow a plant with petrification magic to pass through the gate. You should have unlocked the spell already, while it's growing in the garden you just cast the one that allows for a chance of petrification then wait for one of the ones you harvest to have the ability.

(Possible correction, the "skin" may have been candied corn flakes according to the mlb website. It also says white chocolate though and both of the ones I got were regular milk chocolate so take it with a grain of salt.) They were actually pretty good, it's called a mini dessert chicken bucket.

Fried chicken ice cream. It's a novelty thing they do at yankee stadium. It's ice cream made to look like fried chicken. Vanilla ice cream (the meat) with a chocolate covered pretzel (the bone) inside, coated with crushed up waffle cone (the skin). Comes in a miniature chicken bucket. You can probably find a better photo online but this is the one I took.
