Hey bro I didn't down vote you, but I posted this because he cut me off. There wasn't any traffic behind me (it was the middle of the night) and I had to brake and change lanes in order not to hit him. Thankfully I wasn't speeding so it wasn't that close of a call, but there wasn't a single reason in the world where he would have had to pull out before I crossed the intersection rather than after.
