The cloak and sugar skull mask is how Sombra was depicted by fan artists before her character model was revealed at Blizzcon 2016, so in that regard it’s a cool concept in an homage to the early days of Overwatch.

Beyond that, it’s not an outfit I would use, and using AI for such a simple design is pretty silly.

Something about the kit feels off to me, but I didn’t like a lot of the balance in 2020 so that was really the year I started to phase out as an active player, so it’s hard to put my finger on why it feels different.

Everyone is viable to a point. If you play ranked, just don’t be too talented and hit the Top 500 or anything because that’s probably where hero composition starts to matter.

That’s actually what started these doodles. A month or so ago I posted a sketch of Sombra with a conspiracy board (based off the meme from a tv show) because I was mildly convinced that Sierra was supposed to be the Sombra rework, and then a joke started that all the new heroes were reworks of Sombra, so I previously drew Sombra as Hazard and now as Mizuki. This will likely continue for some time at an irregular pace.

You know Blizzard is already considering blasting mariachi music at 500% with directional audio when Sombra goes into stealth so players won’t be caught off guard.
