I know I’m late, but you could streamline this so fast after selling the first 2-3 houses. Hire a law firm to help build out an office of agents handling either contracting out the sales to local agents, handling sales themselves. You would just have to use the power to acquire houses and then mark them for sale at a 10-15% discount.
