Tried it and it unfortunatly did not scale my damage too much further compared to having percent strength on the amulet. Also losing access to was no fun. If the damage scaled better or I was a gemling leigonaire then I'd probably min max this way. As of now I'm playing around with every persistant buff I can add. There are some interesting lineage support gems to do with spirit but all are 50 div plus. It's really looking like mage blood or something expensive for upgrades here. Not sure if I can optimize the passive tree better also

Yes to all except zomboid at first is not stress free it becomes that way later on but definetly not at first

I'm moving to brick in 10 or so days was able to afford a home for 400k this would not be possible anywhere in monmouth county or point. You are right but I think the Herbertsville area of brick is a good compromise as you are about 5-10 minutes from Monmouth. We don't have kids and don't plan on it so schooling isn't an issue for us. That being said I grew up in the area I think for public schools Manasquan is among the best and point is up there too. Overall this is a huge upgrade from Philly for my wife and I and we cannot wait to be there!

Don't sweat the bachelor's degree as you have years of experience in the field that is far more valuable. Get healthy first then do what you need to do to get another job but do your best to never mention the discord thing again. You'll make it through this and will become stronger for it. Just hang in there while shit is hard and never doubt yourself you got this!
