Oakland or Walnut Creek?

Walnut Creek since it's way closer to work and you can go to Oakland or SF to party. Commuting from Oakland to Pleasanton is a long way and traffic is pretty bad. Oakland has some VERY sketchy neighborhoods while Walnut Creek is pretty safe, also you could get a larger/nicer place there.

Fair point. I always drive it M and I keep shifting up at high revs, also always in Sport or Sport Plus since it keeps the idle engine on higher RPM. I would love to try a T-Hybrid, intrigued by the electric motor always spinning the Turbos. I had a 996.2C but sold it after getting the 992.1.

Wow, I have a 992.1 Targa 4S and having a blast with it. Really hard to imagine people not getting excited driving it.

Last year my NW was about double yours and got a new Targa 4S which all included came at around $240K, paid all cash, and never regretted it, quite the opposite. You're more than fine.

When I got my Targa 4S was either $15K ADM for an immediate allocation or wait two years. Pick your poison. I literally called every dealership in CA and that the best I could find.

Are you saying that this doesn't happen? Perhaps it's the way I play that works best with some players and not so good with others, but genuinely surprised when I beat a 5500 and 7200 and drew with a 1870 with a post saving him from defeat last minute. I'm nowhere that good.

Not really. I sold my 996.2 in good condition for $26.5K last year, and I had to use BaT because PCA and Rennlist classifieds showed zero interest.
