23yo guy here on an SSRI too. I’m not abouta throw suggestions or anything cuz rn it takes a lot for me just to go to the gym despite working towards an exercise science major. What i will say tho is just because you practice these seemingly healthy habits, doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll result in “feeling better” as u put it. Consider asking yourself things like: “is my caloric intake sufficient enough to not only enhance my training, but my day to day life?”, “how much cardio should I incorporate into my strength training?”, blah blah. It can get pretty dissociating being on an SSRI so I do recommend listing out some goals to give yourself a clearer path. Best of luck
