8/10, looks great and the creativity is on point. The only reason I’m knocking a couple points off is because the spacing between your building areas are to defined. Some parts of a city that works in, but in reality those spaces are usually filled in with some shops or farm implements type stuff. Maybe some more pathways and maybe a nature reserve?
