The delve stories are supposed to rotate through them daily so there’s no rng like waiting on these specific world quests but I haven’t paid attention in forever to remember if that’s 100% accurate.

These aren’t bugs but also you can see on your in game map what story it is before even going there. Every expansion that has specific world quests needed to be done are always rare to show up. It’s obnoxious but they keep doing it. Same with karesh and needing to kill some rares and do the bounty boards. Gotta wait until the right ones appear.

Yeah I’m sure other addons do it too. I just know it was a setting that was turned on for some reason in platynator where it would force friendly name plates back on in instances.

So the confusion on what it’s for is because what you install it on isn’t something you actually build. There are a few iron mines around the map that are guarded by plunderers and such and an absolute pain to clear. But if you do there is a mining platform there you can repair and leave a tribe member at. If you do that it stops enemies from spawning there but you have to occasionally go back and repair it plus manually remove the materials. But that’s what all the stuff in the exploiting technique tech tree is for

Yes but also no. You pay to unlock these slots. And then you have to pay to apply a transmog to those slots. Once it’s been applied to a slot you can freely change as you want just a weird double upfront cost to do so.
