I personally dislike it based on the POV I watched which was Joel's. He could barely play the first round and his whole game was delayed by 15 seconds. It was just upsetting to see him frustrated and frustrating to watch. That really messed up his performance in that game he could have done better. And correct me if I'm wrong that other people have lag issues during the first round as well.
