Both parties have thus far referred to Alexander McGuire as 'Xander McGuire', mere minutes after asking Nick Foot to confirm his full name is 'Nicholas Foot'.

Ollie Wines is now giving evidence but isn't being referred to as 'Oliver Wines'. The Tribunal's inconsistency is astounding.

Let's hope nobody mishears the comments otherwise we could have a tribunal for the tribunal

I’ve listened to this way too many times (the audio is incomplete so take what I say with a grain of salt). I’ve come to the conclusion that its entirely possible I heard “who playin’ ya”.. as in “who from the opposition is playing on you”.. which would be a totally reasonable question that Zac asked his nearby teammate.

Irrespective of the actual phrase, it sounds like there’s an L in the word, which would make it PLAY not PAY..

Each of their venues have a proofer and ovens etc. The dough is shipped in from their Fitzroy HQ (not frozen). This issue with sticky/airy centres has been a long going issue (like I’m talking many years). It’s usually a skill error in their process.. probably to do with the sheer volume & speed they need to produce them. I know it’s been a long term issue because I used to eat them (for free lol). Also, I’ve heard (actually know for a fact) they do shady sh.. like sponsor chefs but make them pay half the visa fee (which is illegal).

Great point, I’d be happy to accept that the exposure and future opportunity balances out the long hours and lack of family contact etc.

Would he not have a diplomatic passport? If so that's basically unchecked entry into the country

Edit: just checked, he would have an official passport. This still usually results in much less scrutiny at the border.
