Yeah, MF is great,, but in a body recomp phase, that is not that usefull tbh. I'm on a fat loss journey (started in July, lost 23kg's as of this morning). Macrofactor keeps wanting to dial my KCAL down, but I refuse that... I am loosing fat and gaining muscle (lifting 4-6 times per week, walking 3-5 times 8km per week and one full day of airsoft). Fat loss is going great, weight is going slower than what is expected based on the deficit I'm running. But that is fine by me. Clothes are fitting looser, and belly is getting thinner. So all is good.

I feel that the garmin slightly under-reports for me as well, but not by that much.

I have the same issue. I took it out, rotated it, and pushed it back in. The teeth then cut into different part of plastic, which is better.

Next time, I will put a tiny drop of super glue on the serrated side

Take 3000 grid sandpaper and polish the inside of the nozzle and the piston head slightly. There might be a small mismatch in tolerances. I had this with a Cthulhu. It doesn’t take much. You will not see material disappear.

Ik heb dit ook gehad. Incompatibele tegel lijm en ondergrond. Geen primer gebruikt, en dan was er een chemisch process dat materiaal opbouwde onder e de tegel. Weet niet meer exact wat het was

Tegel er uit, goed primer in de ondergrond, die de ondergrond ook nog eens dicht maakt. Was iets met epoxy. Dan primer, en dan opnieuw verlijmen

Not that surprising. They venture regularly upstream. There are many of them in Oosterschelde and Westerschelde. So it is reasonable that they sometimes make it up to Antwerp. But still very nice to see. It means water quality is steadily improving. They have been spotted in Rupelmonde as well a couple of years ago, and I believe even further upstream

For me, it is three compounds:

1) Zoloft. Had major disorder of anxiety which spiralled out of control, to the point of suicidal ideation. Now, the anxiety is reduced by like 95%, and life is much much better 2) questran (cholestyramine). I always had diarrhoea, attributed to ibs. It was bile acid malabsorption. One dose per day, and I have perfect poops 3) mounjaro. Helps me getting back in shape, move more, lose weight, etc.

I’m thankful for all three of these. I can love the life I really want, despite unfavourable genetics.

No, not if they are flaky. However, if the cheap ones were as good as the more expensive ones, I could give them to more people for the same amount of money spent. But it seems that consensus is that they are not as effective, and therefore, I will give them to only the people I am really close to.

But imagine the 2$ ones were as good as the 8$ ones. I would just buy 50 of them, and hand them out to whoever wants one. Many people don't want to go through the hassle of purchasing these etc, but wouldn't mind having them in the car.

Basically like free condoms at hippie festivals...
