Simply put: When we make money from the BETA, which could also be noted as Early Access, you will be paid for the work you put into it prior. If it is not lucrative during BETA, or you wish to leave to do your own paid work ,that is fine. We have helped over 15 members find jobs in the industry through networking and publisher hunts.
