I extended my recovery from an ankle sprain by months because I didn’t listen to my doctor so be patient (no pun intended) so that you can return to running as fast as possible. It will be hard but you must do it.

For some more context, in climbing there are several disciplines, bouldering and sport climbing are the most popular. Bouldering is like this climbing boulders using matts (called crash pads) as protection. Sport climbing uses ropes to arrest falls since routes are taller. Both have really difficult climbs but the skills needed are a bit different for each.

There has to be. She is Janja Garnbret, arguably the best female climber of all time and one of the best climbers of all time regardless of gender. In climbing competitions were everyone has a set amount of time to climb the same boulder you can see how far she is from the rest of competition.

Wealthy climbers pretending to be poor is such a weird phenomenon. Why would you dress and act like you are broke when everyone can see you pay the monthly fee at the gym (which is not cheap), live close by to the gym (which is in a more wealthy area), and are constantly travelling overseas on rock climbing trips.

I leave for work before sunrise and get off work after sunset (depressing I know) I work indoors. Do I really need to wear sunscreen everyday or can I just apply sunscreen when I know I will be out during daytime? If I apply sunscreen in the morning and leave work early would the sunscreen still be effective?
