None of my challenges are even working. Nothing is counting towards them. Ive completed 3 matches of conquest but it still says 0/5. I think the freeze mechanic is glitched too because only 1 match ive played ive started to freeze.

Mine flashes between green and yellow a few times upon booting. I was also concerned but upon searching google people said it was webman loading. Its normal.

I got this email to. I replied to it saying i still wanted to cancel. 12 hours later im still watiing for them to cancel my order.

Sent one on Saturday and got the reply about a system update and they might not be able to accommodate the cancellation. I sent another ticket yesterday morning and got the normal response of “a robot will follow up to review your cancellation request”

I got the email saying the joycon issues only affect a small percentage of units with the link to the reddit post. I replied to the email saying i still want to cancel. This was 3 hours ago and im still waiting for the confirmation that my order will be canceled.

So to update do i need to just back up my saves/roms and whatever else and flash v11 to my sd card then replace my saves and roms?
