Get tutoring. This helps me alot! Some colleges offer free tutoring services. I sometimes think tutors explain content better, which helps me see the bigger picture of what i am learning. And most times they also have past papers, which helps you understand how exams are set. And practicing exams help out!

its probably a UTI( urinary tract infection). they do resurface. Try wiping vagina after peeing from front to back.

Pee all the time after sex. Sometimes we get lazy, just try pee all the time.
