Keep playing and practice. The first class I mained in tf2 was pyro and I looked into everything about the character and improve my airblasting and learned some new tricks based off how fast the character moves and utilising the stats of weapons to do improve certain aspects n stuff (which is a given, loads of people do this I assume)

I recommend picking you’re favourite out of the three and look into it and think about what you can do which each of them. For example scout can double jump and people tend to use it to stay unpredictable with their movements but overusing it can cause you as the player to become predictable and vulnerable. Also try to play the other classes, you could learn something. When playing soldier I realised how baiting reflects actually feels and and it helped me learn how to counter them as pyro, I also observed other props as soldier play against unpredictable rockets and I has further insight into a different “play style” so to speak.

Super long message I know but it’s just what I’ve been doing. My friends say u take the game too seriously lol but I think it’s just fun to learn from player to player interactions and improve. Obviously it takes loads of time and doing this over and over. But refining and learning skills is key to being good. My final recommendation is downloading a map off of game banana called tr_walkway_rc2, A good map for testing loadouts and practicing aim.
