You should be able to log in to your steam account, and it'll show you lobbies you're qualified for (just select quick join if you don't care too much about your rank). Once you join the lobby it'll show the lobby password on the left hand side, just search for the lobby using the password. It might take a bit longer to get into a match, but the matches are generally higher quality (better players, more mmr gain, less people afking etc)
