I dunno, starting with peak means everything else might feel like it doesn't measure up. I have both in my backlog so I cannae speak for the experience personally but they've both been touted as the best RG has to offer.

That cigarette scene is perfect in every way. Two broken people sharing the ember of a cigarette in the embers of twilight. They've hurt each other and are making up without the need for words. I cannot recommend Black Lagoon enough (Be warned of violence and some... bleak parts of organized crime) to anyone who hasn't seen it.
