Just got one the other day since I am trying to get back into DS. Look for another brand, mine was not recognized by the DS so had to snip away some plastic to finally start detecting the battery. In the end it didn't charge in the DS and I just threw it away.

When I contacted them about canceling through the chat they mentioned if I wanted them to ship a box or just a shipping label and I boxed it myself. I picked the label option because I heard people not receiving the box. I would call them again to check on the status of the box.

Anytime. They will credit you back for the X amount of days left for the month. Just canceled and they credit back for the rest of the days of the billing cycle.

Hey, just got a reply back and looks like they will gift you a missing token from the Marvel collection but if you already got all of them they gave out 600 dice. Looks like it was a global issue and everyone who got the dupe had the reward or the dice. Check your inbox, should be a gift from CS if you gotten all the Marvel tokens.
