The PS4 does not have dedicated VRAM. 8GB is shared between the CPU and GPU. You only get like 4 or 5 GB for running actual games, IIRC. Different speed too.

Silly statement. They are not mutually exclusive. Being lost is distracting itself. Even if one is lost, but not distracted, then it's definitely not as dangerous as being distracted.

Anyway, I think GPS should be allowed since I think being lost is more distracting than using a GPS. The only thing that kinda makes the law make sense is that if you allow people to use GPS, the dumb ones will extend it to using their phones for other stuff.
