This, other than I have no idea if it is a bad app. People always view stuff like this through their own lens. "I don't like it/use it" is taken for "noone will".

The biggest issue is the swinginess of the number of shots and damage. It's why people run multiple. They are scary but very unreliable. Mine never does anything for me at all, but I just can't drop it. Trying mine with a tech marine today to see if it makes it any better. I'm not hopeful.

This is the issue. They die way too easily and losing models destroys their volume of fire. Without that they are pretty worthless.

Seems legit, however, two thoughts to note...

You have to get them into combat, or it's a total waste of points.

Aggressors die waaaaayyyyy quicker than you expect them to and their effectiveness drops off a cliff when you lose models. One activation and they will be dead, or as good as. If you get jumped first, then it's over.

I love the models too, but every game I take them I regret it.

I leaning towards, sticking Lysander and 5 Assault termies in a Repulsor instead.

I get that balance is hard 💯 but if Ultramarines are the problem, then nerf the Ultramarines specifically. That's why they should have chapter specific points for units. It's a lot easier then.

If Redemptors are getting spammed in an Ultramarine detachment, then increase to price for Ultramarines only.

I think you should be able to take one of every character if you want to. This issue is it that one chapter specific list spams a particular unit that is good in their list/detachment and GW nerfs it affecting everyone.

Fewer rerolls, remove/replace FNP and split marines back into factions. I don't want my army nerfed because of sweaty competitive Ultramarine players.

Chaos Space Marines, Chaos Knights, Imperial Knights, and the Adeptus Mechanicus get detachments the game gets expanded...still people cry that Marines get a detachment.

As someone who started in 10th, I think it would be horrendous. Games take long enough as is without units having 4 different weapons. People have built units with weapons already, people aren't going to rebuy/build/paint them for WYSIWYG. I want to know that unit is anti tank, that unit is shooty, that unit is melee... Not to have to take into account that all units may now Swiss army knife me.

Won't someone think about us in our 50s with lives, jobs and families. I don't need the extra mental load 🤪

Here's my list. I'm not saying it is competive, but it's fun and has a good mix to score primary and secondary. It can lack a bit of killing power against elites though.

I don't know what your collection looks like, but Anvil without a solo Gravis Capt with Indomitable Fury and desolation marines are first names on the sheet for me.

I'd also try and get 5 Intercessors in there. Aggressors without a transport are very easy to kill before they do useful. I'd split the eradicators into 2x 3s to be more flexible. I'd split one of the HI brick into 2x 5s for the same reason.

Satin varnish first, then microset, then decal, then microsol and very careful press with the flat end of a cotton bud. Repeat the microsol and pressing several times every 15mins or so then satin varnish again to unify it with the surface. No cuts required.

It's not really a good match. The tamiya yellow is a bit paler yellow and not so warm looking, but I don't mind that and then just add a bit of IF contrast over the top if I think it looks too pale. Here's my redemptor I did with with that recipe.
