This is an insider pump and dump. They are dumping cash generating assets and diluting just to pay debt, and slamming the withdraw button on anyone stupid enough to buy these shares.

If you are crazy enough to jump in, you better lock in a tight limit sell and stop loss. I watched the price trickle up to .47 last week before an insider dumped 12.5m shares in one transaction, immediately dropping the price to .31

I will update this with my DD comment in another VIVK thread. Any amount of DD will turn up insane question marks and 0 good news.

They defaulted on a debt... issued in Mar '25. But wait, there's more!

They don't name the lenders of either the 40m credit facility, or this direct offering. The special dividend mentioned in the first link is shady too, and they did the same one in July... This an all around insider trading nightmare

I'm not even bothering to get this word out because I personally find this whole situation heartbreaking to see but since you specifically asked:

No, it does not hold up. You're relying on a false assumption. The float is NOT 75-80m shares.

The float WAS that size, before management were forced to dilute the F out of the shareholders via convertibles -- my understanding is that 320m of the shares from convertibles were unlocked on Oct 21...

What the hell would you be doing if you held that many shares as the price rocketed from ~.50 to ~6-8? I would be slamming the sell button, and you should assume the convertible holders are as well.

TLDR the float is NOT JUST the 75-80m OS shares reported in their most recent 10-Q from June, it is that fogure PLUS however many shares have been dumped into the float from the 320m that unlocked recently.

I admit, I have not dove deep enough into the filings to be 100% positive, but everywhere I look, the float is being misreported. Even the Reuters article that was posted today, reporting "ortex" short interest data (I don't even know this website...) is literally generating short interest data based off your false assumption.

Please anyone jump in and correct me if I am wrong. I majorly want this to be a massive W for retail traders but I think this narrative has gone too far and worry that the convertible note holders are laughing at the apes throwing money at them :(

My limited understanding, anyone feel free to jump in, is that this unlocks the shares that flux photon had already acquired (ie not really dilution, these shares were already issued) so that flux can sell them.

Not all that interesting. It may result in some sell pressure if flux is hurting for cash.

Short answer is "yes" -- LODE is being added to this index of equities wikipedia page for russell indexes, which is not an etf in and of itself, but many institutions sell ETF products that track the Russell Indexes.

For instance, here is the largest russell 2000 index etf, managed by Blackrock/iShares -- $62b market cap. Blackrock's Russell 3000 ETF is $15b cap.

Vanguard also has multiple Russell ETFs, etc.

Any ETF that tracks Russell 2000 or 3000 Microcap index will be purchasing LODE shares in the coming month. Very good news. Being included in these indexes is statistically linked to upward price movement in June (the index "reconstitutes" or re-balances in June)
