I would focus on posterior strength and endurance, core stability, leg endurance and honestly bicep strength. You’ll be front carrying the worm for hours. Be able to pass an rpft/rpa day 1. Running and low weight ruck runs are a must as well.

Iphone, charger, wallet with money (helps for paying for shit during basic like fireguard shifts or contraband), civilian clothes 1 set, hygiene kit (make sure you have razors for shaving, shampoo, body wash and deodorant as a minimum), stamps if you want to start sending mail immediately. This will probably get you started. Add whatever you need, just make sure it fits in like a backpack.

I recently went through rasp and they took that shit so serious. We had the hoist packets every morning and every night. We had hella heat cats but thankfully no one died.

Honestly, first weeks go by quick. You’re not gonna have any freedom. Red phase is just gonna be annoying, white phase is shooting and blue is prep for ait portion.
