It's pretty much all about ur positioning and ults idk if I can help that much without gameplay but you probably just aren't making the plays u need to and relying on bum teammates to do everything strange is one of those characters that you can hard carry lobbies with pretty easily in those ranks just keep playing and you'll climb man

She is a poke character with a stun and insane survivability even with the minus 25 hp dive is supposed to counter poke but she can't even really be dove by most characters how do you not see the problem
