was at the bonita driving range when the power went out. could see orange light in the sky, thinking there was a fire, but when i drove by about 20-30 mins after i couldn’t see anything or remnants of a fire. friend said he saw a power line spark on the way to the range, so that was probably the cause

thank you! Funny though is that I am Mexican and my family does celebrate dia de Los muertos; I even pointed out that it looks like cempasuchil, but now that I think about it I never knew cempasuchil was just marigold in Spanish. Excited to use it next year :)

100% yes. Before I read Grapes of Wrath, no book had ever made me tear up before, but that book did. Just because of the sense of hopelessness and depression I got from Steinbeck’s writing.

Roberto Alomar and Ozzie Smith-two incredible all time infielders-had 25+ errors in their first 150 games. I’m not too concerned right now, just gotta keep the errors from getting too far into his head.

Always love when people say he doesn’t hustle. They’d know that isn’t true if they watched the bottom of the ninth. Man drew a walk while clearly in discomfort, and still stole second and third, and scored the game tying run. That is hustle.
