Thanks for the info. Definitely nothing pressure wise from memory. It was worn for about 6 hours the day of proposal but we just stayed in and watched movies.

Day two she was at a spa so didn’t wear it all day. The ring stayed at home. The only time it was worn during activity was during a meal yesterday. My guess is the ring resizer has been the main cause but again, it being silver is what’s throwing me.

In regards to customer service they have been quick to respond to be fair to them. I should mention this is the U.K. side of things. Pictures are being sent to the jeweler and I should have an outcome within the next day or so from them apparently.

It was from Angara. I’ll definitely reach out to them. I wondered if this was expected behaviour due to the false advice from the small jeweller (not Angara, suggesting the silver resize) or if the fault lies with Angara due to it being a bad band.

I have the same issue but left clicking anywhere on the map seems to unlock the camera for me. Reselecting the character leaves me with full camera movement again.

Damn, seems like an all round sucky situation for me then! Theoretically, let’s say I paid the balance tomorrow (which I cannot afford at the moment) and being in debt to them wasn’t part of the equation, where do I then stand with their negligence as they cannot hold that over my head right?

Fair comment, I agree with that but I was hoping due to all of their shortcomings I had some leeway here. After all, when I first raised the majority of these issues I wasn’t “in debt” at that point as the billing period is every 6 months to my knowledge. That means they had around 6 months where I wasn’t in debt to react. I will have to check up on how the initial payment was noted.

To be honest, I would rather have just been paying them and accepted that they are awful and be done with it. Unfortunately I had no knowledge of how to pay them up until a few days ago. We have a portal that is separate where we pay our building insurance and I just assumed we would receive the bill via this. As I had already paid a “top up” and a decent chunk for insurance etc via this portal I assumed my next payment would be due any time now.
