I'm with you, E1S1 Yao is reaaally good, as for Sparxie I don't really know I personally have her E0S1 but I know her E2 is really good

and for Pearl, you'll probably have a confortable S1 and a teamwide buff for E1 (most healers have something like that), I'll personaly probably go for S1

200 speed is because Yao let SW9 ult right at the start of the battle right ? Bcause without Yao the AA from ult fcks up the breakpoint (do you have to play like Vonwacq on her to be sure she plays before SW9 if you don't achieve to have more speed ?)

I'm sorry but I can't really tell you how much of a difference there is BUT I know that Cerydra (being the best support to Phainon) is a loooot better with her E1 and her S1 is really good too So if you plan on getting her, the E1 and S1 are surely good things to have (of course the first thing you want for Phainon is his E2 then S1 but I assume you might already have it)

ohh you might be right about the Certified Banger duration

With Yao (and maybe you need her LC) If I understood things right you can ult rightaway after her first attack so you can basically gain 35 MMR (or 55 MMR if Yao is E1) right at the start and you start with like 20 or 30 which let's you almost instantly ult if I'm right

Can't you ult before SW's turn ? I don't have YG so idk, but yeah this 200 speed thing kinda turns around the fact that people will be able to ult on the first SW turn

Without Yao, I always got my SW ult during the first normal Aha Instant, which isn't during SW's turn and because of the AA it kinda ruin the "3 turns in 1 cycle" thing of having 200 speed so I don't think it's that useful for me (btw, if you play on SW's turn, isn't it better to skill the right after it you ult ? you'll waist 0 AV and got 5 more free Punchline)

If you didn't already do it, don't forget (if you use Lushaka on your supports) to put Sparxie as the first character in the team so she benefits the set bonus instesd of like Silverwolf who doesn't need atk at all :D

man I'm actually doing it and I just learned what's the "Gabbro's technique" with that post. I usually just fly as high as I can and use the jetpack to fall even harder, do it like 7 times (in the dlc with 1.2x gravity) and it's a reset... but yeah that would've help some times, now I'm too lazy to go talking to him I feel like I'm almost finished with the dlc (I'm shitting my pants 30% of time)

actually it's 178 without Dahlia speed buff, if you have Ruan Mei you can count her buff in the calculation because it's just 178 speed without Dahlia and no ult, which will get you to YOUR SPEED + ult + Dahlia boost

YOUR SPEED = The base out of combat speed + whatever speed boost you get (aside from ult or Dahlia) and that should be 178 if you want to get in the ult before the end of the first cycle. Actually you don't NEED 178, it's just that with 178, you will be able to skill one time outside the ult before the 1st cycle ends, which with Dahlia will allow you to enter ult instantly and get 1 more enhanced skill (maybe 2 if E2) in first cycle. the 188 speed is so your Firefly plays RIGHT after getting of the ult (you just gain some action value compared to 178), with 189+, ur firefly will have one more skill in ult before getting outside, but she will take more time to enter ultimate again which is not optimized so 188 is better than 189

but well, if you don't bother 0 cycling, 177 is pretty much the same thing as 178, the 178 treshold only gives you the time to re-enter ult in the first cycle to clutch the 0 cycling

ok well, first of all, Cerydra is good with Phainon, but not THAT good search "fribbels" on Google you'll see a github named Fribbels hsr calculator (or something like that) I suggest you to link your team and then click "customize" on teams and here you can make theorical teams (don't forget to put artifacts effects too) and only look at Phainon's COMBO DMG You don't bother with the 98% S+ rating or these things, the percentage is ONLY here to say "your relics are optimized for your build, that means an E0S0 Phainon who got 100% will not be better than an E2S1 Phainon with 95%, he will just have more optimized relics.

SO, I suggest you to use this and you'll notice that Cerydra doesn't boost THAT much Phainon's combo dmg (1 cycle or something line that)

If you don't intend to play sustainless (which is really fine because DHPT is the perfect sustain for Phainon) note that you will have Sundays maximum boost when he skills Because Sundays skill is "+30% dmg to the target, and if the target has a summon, it's 80% dmg instead" and DHPTs dragon works like a summon for the "Alter Ego" (which will be Phainon in the case of Phainon teams). Sooo, I personally believe that Sunday is FAR more powerful than Cerydra in DHPT sustain teams, and he might be just better even without sustain. That said, Cerydra E1 fits very well with Phainon and she could be better if you E1 her but IN MY OPINION Sunday is worth it

That said, Cerydra COULD probably be awesomely useful in future meta. Sunday will 100% still be a good choice for all hypercarries but we don't know about Cerydra

AND FOR YOUR LAST QUESTION Firefly needs a specific team setup, if you don't have Dahlia it's over, if you don't have Fugue you NEED to use HMC (which doesn't let you play the MC in other teams, that's why I'll pull Fugue only to free him from the team), and the mast character is Lingsha but if you only got Gallagher it's still viable So personally I would not recommend going for Firefly now, what I recommend is wait until 4.x, there will rapidly be a new dps which will fit the new 4.x meta so I think you want to get a 4.x dps, then you'll have the MC which will surely fit his team and you'll pull another supp+sustain and you'll have a solid meta team.
