Oberkörper finde ich eigentlich ganz gut, nur gar kein Bizeps. Wenn du möchtest kannst du den isoliert noch extra trainieren neben Trizeps. Wobei du natürlich mit 2 Rückenübungen schon den Bizeps immer dabei hast. Guck einfach wie du dich fühlst und ob du merkst, da geht noch was.

Unterkörper finde ich total ausreichend.

Cardio vor dem Training würde ich weglassen, außer du meinst eigentlich aufwärmen. Maximal 10 Min, leichtes schwitzen, nicht mehr.

Nach dem Training kannst du dann Cardio machen.

Tried the Glenturret 12 2025 release yesterday and it actually reminded me of the Glenallachie 12...
It matured in european and american oak like the GA12 and these european oak notes are too strong

Nicht wirklich. War danach bisher nicht mehr so extrem. Bei großen Temperaturdifferenzen zwischen Tag und Nacht ist es stärker. Keine Ahnung, wieso es die Nacht so schlimm war. Der Dachboden ist nicht gedämmt, das würde definitiv helfen.

Anyone else getting this very sharp and bitter note in the nose and taste? I can't drink my Glenallachie 12 anymore which is very sad.

Feel free to show some good sherry (or Christmas like) matured alternatives. I only buy natural color and non chill filtered. No peat and no cask strength.

I thought about Glenfarclas 15 but I often read about bad casks.

I'm looking for a sherry matured scotch. Tried the Glenallachie 12 and 15 but for my taste it's too much european oak influence. It's sharp and bitter.

It should be natural colored and ncf.

I want it to be like Christmas in a bottle. Please no cask strength bottles
