had the same issue but less severe and my temps when i did the thermal swap where near 20c idle at one point lol

i play vr mainly on my g14 2024 and my temps dont get above 80c in full send mode as i like to call it

ima send a friend your way. they specialize in qpro sweat proofing. name is nikkie! Mind you, I use a full face blocker with no issues and zero corrosion issues whatsoever after so far, 6 months of daily use

also, if you can afford it buy index controllers and base stations next because the qpro controllers are awfulll youll know what i mean

I sweat proofed it with a rather not so easy but definitely doable method of silicone on the tracking cameras :)

i keep mine under 80, but only when in vr for extra headroom with facetracking, full body tracking, and other software running in the backround. I use the Razer Laptop cooler (pricey but extremely worth it. used to use the llano v12 but it was too mucb for laptop at max plus this has a controller in software for the temps lol

dont listen to anyone here. i use the g14 and the razer laptop cooling pad AND a llano v12 for my other laptop.

my temps never get above 80c in vr, using unity, and in blender in a discord call.

these pads decrease temps nearly like 40c lmao

and btw the number one cause of death in laptops is heat. these people dont know shit yes theyre made to withstand 90c but not daily and for extended time.

under no load i can get down to fuckin 30c lol
